Payment-
✦Payments will be taken through PayPal or Ko-Fi✦All prices are subject to complexity fees✦Payments for commissions must be paid in half the agreed price after a sketch is sent, the rest will be required before I send the finished piece.✦A commission may be cancelled before payment is sent, chargebacks will not be accepted once payment is sent, please make sure you are able to purchase your commission before sending payment.✦By sending me payment you agree that you are getting a digital file that contains an illustration, refunds for not receiving a physical item will not be applicable.✦All prices are in USD to simplify payment and keep prices fair to myself.✦I do not take chargebacks.Use-
✦If you would like to post the illustration somewhere please inquire about this first, credit must always be given if posting an illustration, depending on where you intend to post, I may send you a watermarked version to use.✦If you would like to request a piece to use for merchandise please inquire first.✦By purchasing an illustration from me, you agree that I reserve ownership rights to the piece, it may not be used in any AI training, reselling, reliscencing, nor be used as an NFT.Right and conditions-
✦If payment is not sent for a finished piece after I have completed it, I reserve the right to resell the piece as an adoptable.✦You may not alter or repurpose the illustration without my consent, if you would like changes they can be requested, three revisions may be requested after the sketch is sent, two smaller revisions may be requested after the illustration is complete.✦I reserve the right to refuse any commissions I choose to. I also reserve the right to use any commissions I take as examples in my portfolio, you may request otherwise for personal illustrations/characters.✦I will not draw mecha or an excessive amount of gore or nsfw, if you would like something but you’re unsure of the details please DM me to inquire.
